"Then you shall makea lampstandof puregold.The lampstand[and] its baseand its shaftare to be madeof hammeredwork;its cups,its bulbsand its flowersshall be [of one piece] with it.
There was cedaron the housewithin,carved[in the shape] of gourdsand openflowers;allwas cedar,therewas nostoneseen.
Underits brimgourdswent aroundencirclingit tento a cubit,completelysurroundingthe sea;the gourdswere in tworows,castwith the rest.
and the lampstands,fiveon the rightsideand fiveon the left,in frontof the innersanctuary,of puregold;and the flowersand the lampsand the tongs,of gold;
and the weight[of gold] for the goldenlampstandsand their goldenlamps,with the weightof each lampstandand its lamps;and [the weight of silver] for the silverlampstands,with the weightof each lampstandand its lampsaccording to the useof eachlampstand;
"Everymorningand eveningthey burnto the LORDburntofferingsand fragrantincense,and the showbreadis [set] on the cleantable,and the goldenlampstandwith its lampsis [ready] to lighteveryevening;for we keepthe chargeof the LORDour God,but you have forsakenHim.
the lampstandswith their lampsof puregold,to burnin frontof the innersanctuaryin the wayprescribed;
Then he madethe tengoldenlampstandsin the wayprescribedfor them and he setthem in the temple,fiveon the rightsideand fiveon the left.
and in the lampstandfourcupsshapedlikealmond[blossoms], its bulbsand its flowers.
"Their bulbsand their branches[shall be of one piece] with it; allof it shall be onepiece of hammeredworkof puregold.
the tablealso and its utensils,and the pure[gold] lampstandwith allits utensils,and the altarof incense,
the lampstandalso for the lightand its utensilsand its lampsand the oilfor the light;
the pure[gold] lampstand,with its arrangementof lampsand allits utensils,and the oilfor the light;
"He shall keepthe lampsin orderon the pure[gold] lampstandbeforethe LORDcontinually.
He saidto me, "Whatdo you see?"And I said,"I see,and behold,a lampstandallof goldwith its bowlon the topof it, and its sevenlampson it with sevenspoutsbelonging to each of the lampswhichare on the topof it;
Now their duties[involved] the ark,the table,the lampstand,the altars,and the utensilsof the sanctuarywith whichthey minister,and the screen,and allthe serviceconcerning them;
and they shall putit and allits utensilsin a coveringof porpoiseskin,and shall putit on the carryingbars.
"Then they shall takea blueclothand coverthe lampstandfor the light,along with its lampsand its snuffers,and its traysand allits oilvessels,by whichthey serveit;
Then the LORDspoketo Moses,saying,
Now thiswas the workmanshipof the lampstand,hammeredworkof gold;from its baseto its flowersit was hammeredwork;according to the patternwhichthe LORDhad showedMoses,sohe madethe lampstand.
For there was a tabernacleprepared,the outerone,in which[were] the lampstandand the tableand the sacredbread;thisis calledthe holy place.
ThenI turnedto seethe voicethat was speakingwith me. And having turnedI sawsevengoldenlampstands;
"As for the mysteryof the sevenstarswhichyou sawin My right hand,and the sevengoldenlampstands:the sevenstarsare the angelsof the sevenchurches,and the sevenlampstandsare the sevenchurches.
Thereforerememberfrom whereyou have fallen,and repentand dothe deedsyou did at first;orelseI am comingto you and will removeyour lampstandout of its place--unlessyou repent.
Out from the thronecomeflashes of lightningand soundsand peals of thunder.And [there were] sevenlampsof fireburningbeforethe throne,whichare the sevenSpiritsof God;
and the lampof Godhad not yetgoneout, and Samuelwas lyingdownin the templeof the LORDwherethe arkof God[was],
