So they preparedthe presentfor Joseph'scomingat noon;for they had heardthat they were to eata mealthere.
"The alienhas not lodgedoutside,[For] I have openedmy doorsto the traveler.
Then allhis brothersand allhis sistersand allwho had knownhim beforecameto him, and they atebreadwith him in his house;and they consoledhim and comfortedhim for allthe adversitiesthat the LORDhad broughton him. And eachonegavehim onepieceof money,and eacha ringof gold.
So they said,"An Egyptiandeliveredus from the handof the shepherds,and whatis more,he evendrewthe waterfor us and wateredthe flock."
Moseswas willingto dwellwith the man,and he gavehis daughterZipporahto Moses.
having a reputationfor goodworks;[and] ifshe has brought up children,ifshe has shown hospitality to strangers,ifshe has washedthe saints'feet,ifshe has assistedthose in distress,[and] ifshe has devoted herselfto everygoodwork.
Do not neglectto show hospitality to strangers,for by thissomehave entertainedangelswithout knowingit.
