Your tonguedevisesdestruction,Like a sharprazor,O workerof deceit.
My tonguealsowill utterYour righteousnessalldaylong; For they are ashamed,for they are humiliatedwho seekmy hurt.
An evilmanis ensnaredby the transgressionof his lips,But the righteouswill escapefrom trouble.
A manhas joyin an aptanswer,And howdelightfulis a timelyword!
The lipsof the wisespreadknowledge,But the heartsof foolsare not so.
The wisein heartwill be calledunderstanding,And sweetnessof speechincreasespersuasiveness.
Wordsfrom the mouthof a wisemanare gracious,while the lipsof a foolconsumehim;
The LordGODhas givenMe the tongueof disciples,That I may knowhow to sustainthe wearyonewith a word.He awakens[Me] morningby morning,He awakensMy earto listenas a disciple.
"Let your lightshinebeforemenin such a waythat they may seeyour goodworks,and glorifyyour Fatherwho is in heaven.
And allwere speaking wellof Him, and wonderingat the graciouswordswhich were fallingfrom His lips;and they were saying,"Is thisnot Joseph'sson?"

So thenwe pursuethe things which make for peaceand the buildingup of one another.
Eachof us is to pleasehis neighborfor his good,to his edification.
however,in the churchI desireto speakfivewordswith my mindsothat I may instructothersalso,rather thanten thousandwordsin a tongue.
for the equippingof the saintsfor the workof service,to the buildingup of the bodyof Christ;
from whomthe wholebody,being fittedand held togetherby whateveryjointsupplies,accordingto the properworkingof eachindividualpart,causesthe growthof the bodyfor the buildingup of itselfin love.
Let your speechalwaysbe with grace,[as though] seasonedwith salt,so that you will knowhowyou shouldrespondto eachperson.
Thereforeencourageone anotherand buildup oneanother,justas you alsoare doing.
Keepyour behaviorexcellentamongthe Gentiles,sothat in the thing in whichthey slanderyou as evildoers,they may becauseof your gooddeeds,as they observe[them], glorifyGodin the dayof visitation.
In the same way,you wives,be submissiveto your ownhusbandssothat evenifany[of them] are disobedientto the word,they may be wonwithouta wordby the behaviorof their wives,
For speakingout arrogant[words] of vanitythey enticeby fleshlydesires,by sensuality,thosewho barelyescapefrom the ones who livein error,
