"Ifmenstrugglewith each other and strikea womanwith childso that she givesbirthprematurely,yet there is noinjury,he shall surelybe finedas the woman'shusbandmay demandof him, and he shall payas the judges[decide].
"So the eldersof that cityshall takethe manand chastisehim,
"But ifthischargeis true,that the girlwas not founda virgin,
then the manwho laywith her shall giveto the girl'sfatherfifty[shekels] of silver,and she shall becomehis wifebecausehe has violatedher; he cannotdivorceher allhis days.
