May the LORDcutoffallflatteringlips,The tonguethat speaksgreatthings;
"Then the kingwill doas he pleases,and he will exaltand magnifyhimself aboveeverygodand will speakmonstrousthingsagainstthe Godof gods;and he will prosperuntilthe indignationis finished,for that which is decreedwill be done.
"ThenI desiredto knowthe exactmeaningof the fourthbeast,whichwas differentfrom allthe others, exceedinglydreadful,with its teethof ironand its clawsof bronze,[and which] devoured,crushedand trampleddownthe remainderwith its feet,
who opposesand exaltshimself aboveeveryso-calledgodorobject of worship,sothat he takes his seatin the templeof God,displayinghimselfas beingGod.
For menwill be lovers of self,lovers of money,boastful,arrogant,revilers,disobedientto parents,ungrateful,unholy,
For speakingout arrogant[words] of vanitythey enticeby fleshlydesires,by sensuality,thosewho barelyescapefrom the ones who livein error,
Theseare grumblers,finding fault,followingaftertheir [own] lusts;they speakarrogantly,flatteringpeoplefor the sakeof [gaining an] advantage.
And the dragon stoodon the sandof the seashore.ThenI sawa beastcomingup out of the sea,havingtenhornsand sevenheads,and on his horns[were] tendiadems,and on his heads[were] blasphemousnames.
The appearanceof the locustswas likehorsespreparedfor battle;and on their headsappearedto be crownslikegold,and their faceswere likethe facesof men.
