They stoodat their stationsafter their custom,according to the lawof Mosesthe manof God;the priestssprinkledthe blood[which they received] from the handof the Levites.
She lookedand behold,the kingwas standingby the pillar,according to the custom,with the captainsand the trumpetersbesidethe king;and allthe peopleof the landrejoicedand blewtrumpets.Then Athaliahtoreher clothesand cried,"Treason!Treason!"
But [as for] Mosesthe manof God,his sonswere namedamongthe tribeof Levi.
Then the kingstoodin his placeand madea covenantbeforethe LORDto walkafterthe LORD,and to keepHis commandmentsand His testimoniesand His statuteswith allhis heartand with allhis soul,to performthe wordsof the covenantwrittenin thisbook.
The singers,the sonsof Asaph,[were] also at their stationsaccording to the commandof David,Asaph,Heman,and Jeduthunthe king'sseer;and the gatekeepersat eachgatedid not haveto departfrom their service,becausethe Levitestheir brethrenpreparedfor them.
He shall slaythe youngbullbeforethe LORD;and Aaron'ssonsthe priestsshall offerup the bloodand sprinklethe bloodaroundon the altarthat is at the doorwayof the tentof meeting.
Now thisis the blessingwith whichMosesthe manof Godblessedthe sonsof Israelbeforehis death.
By faithhe keptthe Passoverand the sprinklingof the blood,sothat he who destroyedthe firstbornwould not touchthem.
