For thisis the loveof God,that we keepHis commandments;and His commandmentsare not burdensome.

And I will walkat liberty,For I seekYour precepts.

I prayedto the LORDmy Godand confessedand said,"Alas,O Lord,the greatand awesomeGod,who keepsHis covenantand lovingkindnessfor those who loveHim and keepHis commandments,
He has toldyou, O man,whatis good;And whatdoes the LORDrequireof you But to dojustice,to lovekindness,And to walkhumblywith your God?
"They tieup heavyburdensand laythem on men'sshoulders,but they themselvesare unwillingto movethem with [so much as] a finger.
"Ifyou loveMe, you will keepMy commandments.
"Ifyou keepMy commandments,you will abidein My love;justas I have keptMy Father'scommandmentsand abidein His love.
"You are My friendsifyou dowhatI commandyou.
So then,the Lawis holy,and the commandmentis holyand righteousand good.
For I joyfully concurwith the lawof Godin the innerman,
"Knowtherefore that the LORDyour God,He is God,the faithfulGod,who keepsHis covenantand His lovingkindnessto a thousandthgenerationwith those who loveHim and keepHis commandments;
"FOR THISIS THE COVENANTTHAT I WILL MAKEWITH THE HOUSEOF ISRAELAFTERTHOSEDAYS,SAYSTHE LORD:I WILL PUTMY LAWSINTO THEIR MINDS,AND I WILL WRITETHEM ON THEIR HEARTS.AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD,AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.
By thiswe knowthat we have come to knowHim, ifwe keepHis commandments.
And thisis love,that we walkaccordingto His commandments.Thisis the commandment,justas you have heardfrom the beginning,that you should walkin it.
