They are from the world;thereforethey speak[as] from the world,and the worldlistensto them.
As for the deedsof men,by the wordof Your lipsI have keptfrom the pathsof the violent.
"For thussaysthe LORDof hosts,the Godof Israel,Do not let your prophetswhoare in your midstand your divinersdeceiveyou, and do not listento the dreamswhichthey dream.
The prophetsprophesyfalsely,And the priestsruleon their [own] authority;And My peopleloveit so!But whatwill you doat the endof it?
"Ifa manwalkingafter windand falsehoodHad toldlies[and said], 'I will speakout to you concerning wineand liquor,'He would be spokesmanto thispeople.
"And his masterpraisedthe unrighteousmanagerbecausehe had actedshrewdly;for the sonsof thisageare more shrewdin relationto their ownkindthanthe sonsof light.
"I have giventhem Your word;and the worldhas hatedthem, becausethey are not of the world,evenas I amnot of the world.
"They are not of the world,evenas I amnot of the world.
"He who comesfrom aboveis aboveall,he who is of the earthis from the earthand speaksof the earth.He who comesfrom heavenis aboveall.
And He was sayingto them, "You are from below,I amfrom above;you are of thisworld,I amnot of thisworld.
For the timewill comewhenthey will not enduresounddoctrine;but [wanting] to have their earstickled,they will accumulatefor themselvesteachersin accordanceto their owndesires,
And the greatdragonwas throwndown, the serpentof oldwho is calledthe deviland Satan,who deceivesthe wholeworld;he was throwndown to the earth,and his angelswere throwndown with him.
