but whoeverkeepsHis word,in him the loveof Godhas trulybeen perfected.By thiswe knowthat we are in Him:
Sothat they might keepHis statutesAnd observeHis laws,Praisethe LORD!
How blessedare those who keepjustice,Who practicerighteousnessat alltimes!
I criedto You; saveme And I shall keepYour testimonies.
How blessedare those who observeHis testimonies,Who seekHim with all[their] heart.
You have ordainedYour precepts,That we should keep[them] diligently.
He who keepsthe lawis a discerningson,But he who is a companionof gluttonshumiliateshis father.
"Nowtherefore, [O] sons,listento me, For blessedare they who keepmy ways.
He who keepsa [royal] commandexperiencesnotrouble,for a wiseheartknowsthe proper timeand procedure.
"I will putMy Spiritwithinyou and causeyou to walkin My statutes,and you will be carefulto observeMy ordinances.
But He said,"On the contrary,blessedare thosewho hearthe wordof Godand observeit."
"He who hasMy commandmentsand keepsthem is the onewho lovesMe; and he who lovesMe will be lovedby My Father,and I will lovehim and will discloseMyselfto him."
Jesusansweredand saidto him, "IfanyonelovesMe, he will keepMy word;and My Fatherwill lovehim, and We will cometo him and makeOur abodewith him.
"I amthe vine,you are the branches;he who abidesin Me and I in him, he bearsmuchfruit,for apartfrom Me you candonothing.
"He who eatsMy fleshand drinksMy bloodabidesin Me, and I in him.
Thereforethere is nownocondemnationfor thosewho are in ChristJesus.
But by His doing you are in ChristJesus,whobecameto us wisdomfrom God,and righteousnessand sanctification,and redemption,
Thereforeifanyoneis in Christ,[he is] a newcreature;the old thingspassed away;behold,new thingshave come.
He madeHim who knewnosin[to be] sinon our behalf,sothat we might becomethe righteousnessof Godin Him.
You seethat faithwas workingwith his works,and as a resultof the works,faithwas perfected;
The one who keepsHis commandmentsabidesin Him, and He in him. We knowby thisthat He abidesin us, by the SpiritwhomHe has givenus.
By this,loveis perfectedwith us, so that we may haveconfidencein the dayof judgment;becauseas He is, so alsoare we in thisworld.
There is nofearin love;but perfectlovecastsout fear,becausefearinvolvespunishment,and the one who fearsis not perfectedin love.
By thiswe knowthat we lovethe childrenof God,whenwe loveGodand observeHis commandments.
And we knowthat the Sonof Godhas come,and has givenus understandingsothat we may knowHim whois true;and we are in Him who is true,in His SonJesusChrist.Thisis the true Godand eternallife.
And thisis love,that we walkaccordingto His commandments.Thisis the commandment,justas you have heardfrom the beginning,that you should walkin it.
Sothe dragonwas enragedwith the woman,and went offto makewarwith the restof her children,who keepthe commandmentsof Godand holdto the testimonyof Jesus.
Hereis the perseveranceof the saintswho keepthe commandmentsof Godand their faithin Jesus.
