In whose eyes a reprobate is despised; But he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous, And his ears are open unto their cry.
When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: But when they perish, the righteous increase.
When the righteous are increased, the people rejoice: But when a wicked man beareth rule, the people sigh.
