Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I destroy: Him that hath an high look and a proud heart will I not suffer.
He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: But he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
He that guardeth his mouth keepeth his life: But he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
A man of violence enticeth his neighbour, And leadeth him in a way that is not good.
The words of a whisperer are as dainty, morsels, And they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.
