Add thou not unto his words, Lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.


Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you; they teach you vanity: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.


And having spent some time there, he departed, and went through the region of Galatia and Phrygia in order, stablishing all the disciples.


Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which ye learned: and turn away from them.


For I could wish that I myself were anathema from Christ for my brethren's sake, my kinsmen according to the flesh:


When I therefore was thus minded, did I shew fickleness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be the yea yea and the nay nay?


What thing soever I command you, that shall ye observe to do: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.


Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.


Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not irksome, but for you it is safe.


Rejoice in the Lord alway: again I will say, Rejoice.
