Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, sounding aloud with psalteries and harps.


Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.


and did eat and drink before the LORD on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the LORD to be prince, and Zadok to be priest.


Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto him for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye grieved; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.


For then shalt thou delight thyself in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.


Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.


Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: And shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.


Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: Praise is comely for the upright.


Delight thyself also in the LORD; And he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.


These things I remember, and pour out my soul within me, How I went with the throng, and led them to the house of God, With the voice of joy and praise, a multitude keeping holyday.


But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice, Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: Let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.


The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad.


Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, thou shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

The LORD thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save: he will rejoice over thee with joy, he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.


And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and rejoice; their heart shall be glad in the LORD.


Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.


And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.


and not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.


Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfected; be comforted; be of the same mind; live in peace: and the God of love and peace shall be with you.


Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.


but thou shalt eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

for we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh:


Rejoice in the Lord alway: again I will say, Rejoice.


Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honourable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.


Finally then, brethren, we beseech and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that, as ye received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, even as ye do walk,--that ye abound more and more.


Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into manifold temptations;


Finally, be ye all likeminded, compassionate, loving as brethren, tenderhearted, humbleminded:


but insomuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice; that at the revelation of his glory also ye may rejoice with exceeding joy.


This is now, beloved, the second epistle that I write unto you; and in both of them I stir up your sincere mind by putting you in remembrance;


And Hannah prayed, and said: My heart exulteth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.
