Is not your fear of God your confidence and the integrity of your ways your hope?


They are not afraid of evil tidings; their hearts are firm, secure in the Lord.


I am not afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.


Rise up, O Lord! Deliver me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.


The righteous will see and fear and will laugh at the evildoer, saying,


and in no way frightened by those opposing you. For them, this is evidence of their destruction but of your salvation. And this is God’s doing.
