Jesus asked them, “How many loaves have you?” They said, “Seven, and a few small fish.”
But he answered them, “You give them something to eat.” They said to him, “Are we to go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread and give it to them to eat?”
Then he ordered them to get all the people to sit down in groups on the green grass.
But he said to them, “You give them something to eat.” They said, “We have no more than five loaves and two fish—unless we are to go and buy food for all these people.”
“There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. But what are they among so many people?”
