14 “Do not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, of your brothers or of your strangers who are in your land within your gates.

“And stay in the same house, eating and drinking whatever with them, for the labourer is worthy of his wages. Do not move from house to house.


“When there is a poor man with you, one of your brothers, within any of the gates in your land which יהוה your Elohim is giving you, do not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother,


For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” and, “The labourer is worthy of his wages.”
