“These words I have spoken to you, that in Me you might have peace. In the world you have pressure, but take courage, I have overcome the world.”


strengthening the beings of the taught ones, encouraging them to continue in the belief, and that through many pressures we have to enter the reign of Elohim.


No trial has overtaken you except such as is common to man, and Elohim is trustworthy, who shall not allow you to be tried beyond what you are able, but with the trial shall also make the way of escape, enabling you to bear it.


above all, having taken up the shield of belief with which you shall have power to quench all the burning arrows of the wicked one.


For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the steadfastness of your belief in Messiah.


that no one should be unsettled by these pressures, for you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.


Fight the good fight of the belief, lay hold on everlasting life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession before many witnesses.


And indeed, all those wishing to live reverently in Messiah יהושע, shall be persecuted.


I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have guarded the belief.


who through belief, overcame reigns, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,


But if you are without discipline, of which all have become sharers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.


So then subject yourselves to Elohim. Resist the devil and he shall flee from you.


in which you exult, even though for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by manifold trials,


For to this you were called, because Messiah also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps,


But even if you suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not fear their threats, neither be troubled.”


but as you share Messiah’s sufferings, rejoice, in order that you might rejoice exultingly at the revelation of His esteem.


I, Yoḥanan, both your brother and co-sharer in pressure, and in the reign and endurance of יהושע Messiah, came to be on the island that is called Patmos for the Word of Elohim and for the witness of יהושע Messiah.
