And as He entered into Yerushalayim, all the city was stirred, saying, “Who is this?”
But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the crowd, for all hold Yoḥanan as a prophet.
And seeking to lay hands on Him, they feared the crowds, seeing they held Him to be a prophet.
Others said, “He is Ěliyahu.” And others said, “He is a prophet – like one of the prophets.”
“But I have to journey today, and tomorrow, and the day following, because it is not fitting for a prophet to perish outside of Yerushalayim.
And He said to them, “What?” And they said to Him, “Concerning יהושע of Natsareth, who was a Prophet mighty in deed and word before Elohim and all the people,
And fear seized all, and they praised Elohim, saying, “A great prophet has been raised up among us,” and, “Elohim has visited His people.”
And when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself, saying, “This One, if He were a prophet, would know who and what kind of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner.”
And they asked him, “What then, are you Ěliyahu?” So he said, “I am not.” “Are you the Prophet?” And he answered, “No.”
and they asked him, saying, “Why then do you immerse if you are not the Messiah, nor Ěliyahu, nor the Prophet?”
Then the men, having seen the sign that יהושע did, said, “This is truly the Prophet who is coming to the world.”
Many from the crowd, when they heard the word, then said, “This truly is the Prophet.”
So they said to the blind one again, “What do you say about Him because He opened your eyes?” And he said, “He is a prophet.”
“This is the Mosheh who said to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘יהוה your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear.’
