Create in me a clean heart, O Elohim, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
My son, do not forget my Torah, And let your heart watch over my commands;
Your words were found, and I ate them, and Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For Your Name is called on me, O יהוה Elohim of hosts.
“For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.
“And the Kasdim who fight against this city shall come and set fire to this city and burn it, with the houses on whose roofs they burned incense to Ba‛al and poured out drink offerings to other mighty ones, to provoke Me.
But He said, “Blessed rather are those hearing the Word of Elohim and watching over it!”

For by favour you have been saved, through belief, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of Elohim,
“And יהוה your Elohim shall circumcise your heart and the heart of your seed, to love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your being, so that you might live,
