Clouds screen Him, so that He does not see, and He moves about the circuit of the heavens.’
He it was who stretched out the north over emptiness, hanging the earth upon space,
Also, who understands the spreading of clouds, the crashing from His booth?
stretching out the heavens by Himself, and treading upon the waves of the sea;
Covering Yourself with light as with a garment, Stretching out the heavens like a curtain,
