And there was a great uproar. And certain of the scribes of the party of Pharisees were earnestly contending, saying, “We find no evil in this man. And if a spirit or a messenger has spoken to him, let us not fight against Elohim.”

When a man’s ways please יהוה, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.


Then the heads and all the people said to the priests and the prophets, “No death sentence for this man. For he has spoken to us in the Name of יהוה our Elohim.”


And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His taught ones, “Why does He eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”


And he said to them the third time, “Why, what evil has He done? I have found no reason for death in Him. Having disciplined Him then, I shall release Him.”


And Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no guilt in this Man.”


And the Pharisees and their scribes grumbled against His taught ones, saying, “Why do You eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”


So the crowd who stood by and heard it were saying there had been thunder. Others said, “A messenger has spoken to Him.”


“So if Elohim gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Master יהושע Messiah, how was I able to withstand Elohim?”


And it came to be, as I was journeying and coming near Dammeseq, about noon, suddenly a great light shone around me out of the heaven,”


and I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Sha’ul, Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me?’


I found out that he was accused concerning questions of their Torah, but there was no charge against him deserving death or chains.


For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, nor messenger nor spirit, but the Pharisees confess both.


“But I, having found that he had committed none at all deserving death, and that he himself had appealed to Augustus, I decided to send him.


and having withdrawn, they spoke to each other, saying, “This man is doing none at all deserving death or chains.”


For tonight a messenger of the Elohim to whom I belong and whom I serve, stood by me,”


“but if it is of Elohim, you are unable to overthrow it, lest you even be found to fight against Elohim.


And he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Sha’ul, Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me?”


Do we provoke the Master to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?


So he said to them, “יהוה is witness against you, and His anointed is witness today, that you have found naught in my hand.” And they answered, “He is witness.”


And he said to Dawiḏ, “You are more righteous than I, for you have rewarded me with good, whereas I have rewarded you with evil.
