Evening and morning and at noon I complain and moan, And He hears my voice.
And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Even this word you have spoken I shall do, for you have found favour in My eyes, and I know you by name.”
For the sake of Ya‛aqoḇ My servant, and of Yisra’ĕl My chosen, I also call you by your name, I give you a title, though you have not known Me.
And about the ninth hour יהושע cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Ěli, Ěli, lemah sheḇaqtani?” that is, “My Ěl, My Ěl, why have You forsaken Me?”
And a messenger of יהוה appeared to him, standing on the right side of the slaughter-place of incense.
And suddenly there was with the messenger a crowd of the heavenly host praising Elohim and saying,
And while Kĕpha was doubting within himself about what the vision might mean, look, the men who had been sent from Cornelius, having asked for the house of Shim‛on, stood at the gate,
And as Kĕpha was thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “See, three men seek you.
And Cornelius said, “Four days ago I was fasting until this hour. And at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and see, a man stood before me in shining garments,
And on the next day, as they were on their way and approaching the city, Kĕpha went up on the house-top to pray, about the sixth hour.
“And he told us how he had seen a messenger standing in his house, who said to him, ‘Send men to Yapho, and call for Shim‛on who is also called Kĕpha,
For tonight a messenger of the Elohim to whom I belong and whom I serve, stood by me,”
And Kĕpha and Yoḥanan were going up to the Set-apart Place at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.
But a messenger of יהוה opened the prison doors at night and brought them out, and said,
And there was at Dammeseq a certain taught one, by name Ḥananyah. And the Master said unto him in a vision, “Ḥananyah!” And he said, “Here I am, Master.”
And he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Sha’ul, Sha’ul, why do you persecute Me?”
Are they not all serving spirits sent out to attend those who are about to inherit deliverance?
having become so much better than the messengers, as He has inherited a more excellent Name than them.
