According to an expert on prophecies about Israel, most of the people would be giving a wrong approach to the role that the Holy Land plays in the biblical stories that are about to be fulfilled.

Expert affirms that “biblical end times and prophecy about Israel are misinterpreted”

Amir Tsarfati, is an author, Israeli military veteran, and the former deputy governor of Jericho, who has embarked on a literary journey to explain to people what Israel truly represents in terms of biblical prophecies with his new novel “Operation Joktan.”

In addition to directing an organization called “Behold Israel”, he explained in an interview that people very often make mistakes in the interpretation of the prophecies about the country, and that, therefore, would be leading others to not be able to get fully involved in this topics.

“The biggest mistake is … people don’t divide the word rightly. They take things out of context. They are emphasizing the wrong things. They ignore the important things and so they’re being disappointed over and over again and again and this is exactly why they look like lunatics in the eyes of the world and in the eyes of other Christians,” he said in an interview with Faithwire.

Tsarfati explained that the first error is in the inclination of some to take the words out of context and much more to make hasty conclusions of what is truly proclaimed in the scriptures.

The author invited people to have their eyes on what the prophets said in the Bible and less on natural events like “blood moons” ; He also expressed that people should feel full of joy for being the most blessed generation since the time of Jesus Christ because this generation is witnessing the fulfillment of many prophecies.

“We are actually the most blessed generation since the time of Jesus Christ. More prophecies are being fulfilled in our lifetime than any other generation since that first-century generation, and you know we don’t really have to work hard to find prophecies being fulfilled,” he said.

In the same way, he advised people to cling closely to the Bible and not to become “too sensationalist” in order to sell books on supposed prophecies.

His passion to defend what is written in the Bible comes from his own experience when he found Jesus reading the book of Isaiah, there he learned the truth and events that not only had already happened but those that were about to happen.

“I found Jesus through the Old Testament Prophets … predominately the Prophet Isaiah. I realized that the prophets of Israel were not only talking about past events but also about future events. It was clear to me that they are more reliable, authentic, and accurate than even the newspaper of today,” he said.

Having problems during his adolescence due to not having parents, he wanted to end his life but his friends shared the word of God with him and through the Old and New Testaments the Lord revealed himself to his life.

“I wanted to end my life, basically to put an end to my life. I had no hope, and through all of that, God really revealed himself to me.” he said.

The fact that many of the prophecies for the people of Israel are being fulfilled represents a great joy and euphoria for them to be part of this time.
