120 countries join in daily prayer to fulfill God’s promise over Israel

For 11 days around 120 countries will come together to pray all day for the promise that God has established for the people of Israel.

With 120 representatives around the world, Brazil leads the meeting with Pastor Joel Engel who was the founder of the 24/7 prayer movement from Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul.

“When God calls Abraham and promises to make him a great nation, he says: ‘I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.’ The fact that Brazil is blessing Israel means a blessing for Brazil, because it is a promise from God”, said Engel about the blessing that this commitment represents for his nation.

“On that date, God commanded the people of Israel to do a period of prayer and fasting for the nation. If there is a party in heaven in which a person confesses his sins and repents, imagine the impact of a nation that seeks God on a date, asking him to forgive and heal their land “, he added about the event that matches with both Jewish dates.

Tom Hess started the JHOPFAN movement in which the countries are divided in relation to the 12 gates of Jerusalem, according to the map distributed by the House of Prayer.

Since 2018, Pastors Engel and Hess had a great connection when they both met in Israel in the middle of a prayer for Brazil; From there, the two joined forces in the ministries and created a prayer alliance between the two countries.

“We prophetically link Brazil with Israel. Our house of prayer, which represents Brazil, was linked to the olive tree,” said the pastor at the time.

Besides Engel and Hess, there will be other guests such as Heidi Baker, Cindy Jacobs, Lou Engel, John Mulinde, Valnice Milhomens, Mario Bramnick, Ana Paula Valadão and many others.
