Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; And he walketh in the circuit of heaven.


He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, And hangeth the earth upon nothing.


Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, Or the noise of his tabernacle?


Hast thou with him spread out the sky, Which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?


Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, And treadeth upon the waves of the sea.


Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: Who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:


He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him Were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.


Their line is gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,


He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: The Lord shall have them in derision.


The LORD sitteth upon the flood; Yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.


To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; Lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.


When he prepared the heavens, I was there: When he set a compass upon the face of the depth:


The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.


O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.


Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.


All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity.


He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.


Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:


Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;


and forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?


Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?


He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.


The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.


And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
