Their webs will not serve as clothing; men will not cover themselves with what they make. Their works are works of iniquity, and deeds of violence are in their hands.


We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.


Though you wash yourself with lye and use much soap, the stain of your guilt is still before me, declares the Lord God.


I will throw filth at you and treat you with contempt and make you a spectacle.
