Psalm 73:3

The tabernacles of robbers abound, and they provoke God boldly; whereas it is he that hath given all into their hands.


The just shall be astonished at this: and the innocent shall be raised up against the hypocrite.


Why then do the wicked live, are they advanced, and strengthened with riches?


God hath given him place for penance: and he abuseth it unto pride. But his eyes are upon his ways.


The Lord is in his holy temple; the Lord's throne is in heaven: His eyes look on the poor man: his eyelids examine the sons of men.


A psalm for David, for a remembrance of the sabbath.


I am become miserable, and am bowed down even to the end: I walked sorrowful all the day long.


Let not thy heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long:


Seek not to be like evil men, neither desire to be with them:


Envy not the unjust man, and do not follow his ways:


In the good day enjoy good things, and beware beforehand of the evil day: for God hath made both the one and the other, that man may not find against him any just complaint.


Thou indeed, O Lord, art just, if I plead with thee, but yet I will speak what is just to thee: Why doth the way of the wicked prosper? Why is it well with all them that transgress and do wickedly?


Wherefore now we call the proud people happy, for they that work wickedness are built up, and they have tempted God and are preserved.


Or do you think that the scripture saith in vain: To envy doth the spirit covet which dwelleth in you?
