Through God we shall do mightily: and he will bring our enemies to nothing.


Not to us, O Lord, not to us; but to thy name give glory.


Sing ye to the Lord with praise: sing to our God upon the harp.


For their near kinsman is strong: and he will judge their cause against thee.


THE spirit of the Lord is upon me, because the Lord hath anointed me. He hath sent me to preach to the meek, to heal the contrite of heart, and to preach a release to the captives and deliverance to them that are shut up:


Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born: and I will make her as a wilderness, and will set her as a land that none can pass through, and will kill her with drought.


But have hated Esau? and I have made his mountains a wilderness, and given his inheritance to the dragons of the desert.


And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and the bands of all were loosed.


For it is written: Rejoice, thou barren, that bearest not: break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for many are the children of the desolate, more than of her that hath a husband.


He doth judgment to the fatherless and the widow, loveth the stranger, and giveth him food and raiment.


They that were full before have hired out themselves for bread: and the hungry are filled; so that the barren hath borne many: and she that had many children is weakened.
