Incline not my heart to evil words; to make excuses in sins. With men that work iniquity: and I will not communicate with the choicest of them.


And the spirit of Egypt shall be broken in the bowels thereof, and I will cast down their counsel: and they shall consult their idols, and their diviners, and their wizards and soothsayers.


For, behold, I will send among you serpents, basilisks, against which there is no charm: and they shall bite you, saith the Lord.


Nor charmer, nor any one that consulteth pythonic spirits, or fortune-tellers, or that seeketh the truth from the dead.


Their wine is the gall of dragons, and the venom of asps, which is incurable.
