And when he had lifted up his eyes, there appeared to him three men standing near him: and as soon as he saw them he ran to meet them from the door of his tent, and adored down to the ground.


And he put both the handmaids and their children foremost: and Lia and her children in the second place: and Rachel and Joseph last.


And Joseph was governor in the land of Egypt, and corn was sold by his direction to the people. And when his brethren had bowed down to him,


Then Joseph came into his house, and they offered him the presents holding them in their hands: and they bowed down with their face to the ground.


And when Joseph had taken them from his father's lap, he bowed down with his face to the ground.


Do therefore, my son, what I say, and deliver thyself: because thou art fallen into the hand of thy neighbour. Run about, make haste, stir up thy friend:


If the spirit of him that hath power, ascend upon thee, leave not thy place: because care will make the greatest sins to cease.


Because every one that exalteth himself, shall be humbled; and he that humbleth himself, shall be exalted.


As the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father: and I lay down my life for my sheep.


And when he hath let out his own sheep, he goeth before them: and the sheep follow him, because they know his voice.


They that were full before have hired out themselves for bread: and the hungry are filled; so that the barren hath borne many: and she that had many children is weakened.
