And Ezechias slept with his fathers, and Manasses his son reigned in his stead.


Begot Achaz, the father of Ezechias, of whom was born Manasses.


And Ezechias slept with his fathers, and they buried him above the sepulchres of the sons of David: and all Juda, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem celebrated his funeral. And Manasses his son reigned in his stead.


Manasses was twelve years old when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem.


Let her be thy dearest hind, and most agreeable fawn: let her breasts inebriate thee at all times; he thou delighted continually with her love.


Thou shalt no more be called Forsaken, and thy land shall no more be called Desolate: but thou shalt be called My pleasure in her, and thy land inhabited. Because the Lord hath been well pleased with thee: and thy land shall be inhabited.


And I will give them up to the rage of all the kingdoms of the earth: because of Manasses the son of Ezechias the king of Juda, for all that he did in Jerusalem.


And they have set their idols in the house in which my name is called upon, to defile it.


And Ezechias begot Manasses. And Manasses begot Amon. And Amon begot Josias.
