And these the sons of Sebeon: Aia and Ana. This is Ana that found the hot waters in the wilderness, when he fed the asses of Sebeon his father:


And Thou sent Joram his son to king David, to salute him, and to congratulate with him, and to return him thanks: because he had fought against Adarezer, and had defeated him. For Thou was an enemy to Adarezer: and in his hand were vessels of gold, and vessels of silver, and vessels of brass.

And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants to Solomon: for he heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father. For Hiram had always been David's friend.

And every year they brought him presents: vessels of silver and of gold, and garments, and armour, and spices, and horses, and mules.

And all his brethren came to him, and all his sisters, and all that knew him before. And they ate bread with him in his house, and bemoaned him, and comforted him upon all the evil that God had brought upon him. And every man gave him one ewe, and one earring of gold.


Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; and with the just let them not be written.


Therefore will my people return here and full days shall be found in them.


If I said: I will speak thus; behold I should condemn the generation of thy children.

From the house of Thogorma they brought horses and horsemen and mules to thy market.

And afterwards they cried to the Lord, who raised them up a saviour called Aod, the son of Gera, the son of Jemini, who used the left hand as well as the right. And the children of Israel sent presents to Eglon king of Moab by him.


But the children of Belial said: Shall this fellow be able to save us? And they despised him, and brought him no presents. But he dissembled as though he heard not.
