And Pharaoh was wroth against his two officers, against the chief of the butlers, and against the chief of the bakers.


And the king arose in his wrath from the banquet of wine and went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.


A wrathful man stirreth up contention; But he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.


Righteous lips are the delight of kings; And they love him that speaketh right.


In the light of the king’s countenance is life; And his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.

We are ambassadors therefore on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beseech you on behalf of Christ, be ye reconciled to God.
