Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,


The LORD sitteth upon the flood; Yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.


Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.


And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.


thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,


He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.


And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.


And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.


And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?
