A psalm of David. I have cried to the, O Lord, hear me: hearken to my voice, when I cry to thee.


Of understanding for David. A prayer when he was in the cave.


The Lord is my helper and my protector: in him hath my heart confided, and I have been helped. And my flesh hath flourished again, and with my will I will give praise to him.


Let them be confounded and ashamed that seek after my soul. Let them be turned back and be confounded that devise against me.


Saying: Fear not, Paul, thou must be brought before Caesar; and behold, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.
