O Lord, what is man that you have become known to him? Or the son of man that you consider him?
Blessed is he who shows understanding toward the needy and the poor. The Lord will deliver him in the evil day.
And you have thrown me into the deep, in the heart of the sea, and a flood has encircled me. All your whirlpools and your waves have passed over me.
