And all the people heard it, and everything that the king did in the sight of the entire people was pleasing to them.

And the crowds that preceded him, and those that followed, cried out, saying: "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"


Pilate said to them, "Then what shall I do about Jesus, who is called Christ?" They all said, "Let him be crucified."


And his maternal brothers spoke about him to all the men of Shechem, all these words, and they inclined their hearts after Abimelech, saying, "He is our brother."
