and he said, “Y’all must listen, King Jehoshaphat along with all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. YHWH says to y’all, ‘Y’all must not be afraid or dismayed because of this vast number. For the battle is not y’all’s, but God’s.


Isn’t your piety your confidence? Isn’t the integrity of your ways your hope?


Hᴇ will not be afraid of evil news. Hɪꜱ heart is steadfast, trusting in YHWH.


I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have surround me on every side.


Rise up, YHWH! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the jaw. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.


The righteous also will see it, and fear, and laugh at him, saying,


not being frightened by those who oppose y’all. This is a sign of destruction for them, but of salvation for y’all, and that from God.


But even if y’all should suffer for the sake of righteousness, y’all are blessed. “Y’all must not fear what they fear, and do not be troubled.”


Don’t be afraid of what you are about to suffer. Look! The devil is about to throw some of y’all into prison to test y’all, and y’all will have tribulation for ten days. You are to be faithful to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.
