Psalm 128:2

You will eat bread by the sweat of your nostrils until you return to the ground, for you were taken out of it. For you are dust, and you will return to dust.”


That person will be like a tree planted by streams of water, that produces its fruit in season, and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever they do prospers.


Let the creditor seize all that he has. Let strangers plunder the fruit of his labor.


Though a sinner commits crimes a hundred times, and lives long, yet surely I know that it will be better with those who fear God, who are reverent before him.


Y’all tell the righteous that it will go well for them, for they will eat the fruit of their deeds.


YHWH has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, “Surely I will no more give your grain to be food for your enemies, and foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have labored,


Therefore Lord YHWH says, “Look! My servants will eat, but y’all will be hungry. Look! My servants will drink, but y’all will be thirsty. Look! My servants will rejoice, but y’all will be disappointed.


“Should you reign because you compete in cedar? Didn’t your father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well with him.


Therefore, my beloved siblings, y’all must stand firm, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because y’all know that y’all’s labor in the Lord is not in vain.


“so that it may go well with you, and you may live long on the earth.”


YHWH will grant you abundant prosperity in the fruit of your body, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, in the land which YHWH swore to your ancestors to give you.


You will plant vineyards and dress them, but you will neither drink of the wine, nor harvest, because worms will devour them.


You will be blessed in the fruit of your body, the fruit of your ground, the fruit of your animals, the increase of your livestock, and the young of your flock.


They will eat the fruit of your livestock and the fruit of your ground, until you are destroyed. They also won’t leave you grain, new wine, oil, the increase of your livestock, or the young of your flock, until they have caused you to perish.


YHWH will command the blessing on you in your barns, and in all that you put your hand to. He will bless you in the land which YHWH your God gives you.
