YHWH said to him, “Who made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, YHWH?


Balaam said to the donkey, “Because you have mocked me, I wish there were a sword in my hand, for now I would have killed you.”


For no word from God will ever fail to happen.


For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pain of childbirth together until the present time.


For it is written, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise. I will bring the discernment of the discerning to nothing.”
