There is a way which seems right to a person, but in the end it leads to death.


For whoever has will be given more, and will have abundance. But whoever doesn’t have, even what they have will be taken away.


For to everyone who has will be given more, and they will have abundance. But whoever doesn’t have, even that will be taken away from them.


“But when you see ‘the abomination of desolation,’ standing where it should not be, (let the reader understand) then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.


‘For I tell y’all that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from those who do not have, even what they have will be taken away.


“Let these words sink into y’all’s ears, for the Son of Humanity will be delivered into the hands of men.”

Therefore we must pay greater attention to what we have heard, so that we don’t drift away.
