They brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven lambs, and seven male goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, for the sanctuary, and for Judah. He commanded the priests the sons of Aaron to offer them on the altar of YHWH.


The children of the captivity, who had come out of exile, offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel: twelve bulls for all Israel, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and twelve male goats for a sin offering. All this was a burnt offering to YHWH.


But the meat of the bull, and its skin, and its dung, you are to burn with fire outside of the camp. It is a sin offering.


You are to take of the blood that is on the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it on Aaron, and on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him: and he is to be made holy, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.


Then you are to take the anointing oil, and pour it on his head, and anoint him.


Once in the year, Aaron is to make atonement on its horns. He is to make atonement with the blood of the sin offering of atonement once a the year throughout y’all’s generations. It is be most holy to YHWH.”

You are to give to the Levitical priests who are of the offspring of Zadok, who are near to me, to minister to me,’ says Lord YHWH, ‘a young bull for a sin offering.

“Aaron is to come into the sanctuary with a young bull for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.


He is to take from the congregation of the children of Israel two male goats for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.


“Aaron is to offer the bull of the sin offering for himself and make atonement for himself and for his household.


when the sin in which they have sinned is known, then the assembly will offer a young bull for a sin offering, and bring it before the Tent of Meeting.


if his sin in which he has sinned is made known to him, he is to bring as his offering a goat, a male without defect.


if his sin which he has sinned is made known to him, then he is to bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has sinned.


The anointed priest is to take some of the blood of the bull, and bring it to the Tent of Meeting.


and is to bring their trespass offering to YHWH for the sin they sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering. Then the priest is to make atonement for them concerning their sin.


Every male among the children of Aaron will eat of it, as their portion forever throughout y’all’s generations, from the offerings of YHWH made by fire. Whoever touches them will be holy.’”


He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.


and he said to Aaron, “Take a calf from the herd for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without defect, and offer them before YHWH.


You are to tell the children of Israel, ‘Ya’ll must take a male goat for a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, without defect, for a burnt offering,


They fell on their faces, and said, “God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, if one man sins, will you be angry with the entire congregation?”


Then let them take a young bull and its meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil; and another young bull you are to take for a sin offering.


For what the law couldn’t do, because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending ʜɪꜱ own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh as a sin offering, ʜᴇ condemned sin in the flesh,


For ʜᴇ made him who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.


Because of this, he must offer sacrifices for his own sins, as well as for the people.


and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, he entered in into the Holy Place once for all, obtaining eternal redemption.
