“Come down from your glory, and sit in thirst, daughter who dwells in Dibon, For the destroyer of Moab has come up against you. He has destroyed your strongholds.


You are to gather all its plunder into the middle of its street, and the city burn with fire, with all of its plunder, to YHWH your God. It is to be a heap forever. It must not be built again.


At that time, We took all his cities, and utterly destroyed every inhabited city, with the women and the little ones. We left no one remaining.
