He sings before men, and says, ‘I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it didn’t profit me.


Teach me what I don’t see. If I have done iniquity, I will do it no more’?


I will put cedar, acacia, myrtle, and oil trees in the wilderness. I will set cypress trees, pine, and box trees together in the desert;


Instead of the thorn the cypress tree will come up; and instead of the brier the myrtle tree will come up. It will make a name for YHWH, for an everlasting sign that will not be cut off.”


“The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the cypress tree, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.


I will plant it in the mountain of the height of Israel; and it will produce boughs, and bear fruit, and be a good cedar. Birds of every kind will dwell in the shade of its branches.


I will sprinkle clean water on y’all, and y’all will be clean. I will cleanse y’all from all your* filthiness and from all your* idols.
