Hosea 11:3

Hᴇ sends ʜɪꜱ word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves.


He said, “If you will listen-listen to the voice of YHWH your God will, do what is right in ʜɪꜱ eyes, pay attention to ʜɪꜱ commandments, and keep all ʜɪꜱ statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians, for I am YHWH who heals you.”


Y’all have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I carried y’all on eagles’ wings, and brought y’all to myself.


Y’all are to serve YHWH, y’all’s God, and ʜᴇ will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.


Listen, y’all heavens, Pay attention, you earth! For YHWH has spoken: “I have nourished and brought up children but they have rebelled against me.


Moreover the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, in the day that YHWH binds up the fracture of ʜɪꜱ people, and heals the wound they were struck with.


“Y’all listen to me, house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, that have been carried from their birth, that have been carried from the womb.


In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and in his pity he redeemed them. He bore them, and carried them all the days of old.


For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,” says YHWH, “because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’”


Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then isn’t the health of the daughter of my people recovered?


“I will heal their waywardness. I will love them freely; for my anger is turned away from them.


For she didn’t know that I gave her the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and multiplied to her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.


When I would heal Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim is uncovered, also the wickedness of Samaria; for they commit falsehood, and the thief enters in, and the gang of robbers ravages outside.


Though I have taught and strengthened their arms, yet they plot evil against me.


For a period of about forty years he endured their habits in the wilderness,


and in the wilderness where you saw that YHWH your God carried y’all, as a man carries his son, all the way that y’all went, until y’all came to this place.”


The eternal God is your dwelling place. Underneath are the everlasting arms. He thrust out the enemy from before you, and said, ‘Destroy!’


You must remember all the way which YHWH your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, test you, and know what was in your heart, whether you would keep ʜɪꜱ commandments or not.
