When Abram was ninety-nine years old, YHWH appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty. Walk before me and be blameless.


She hurried, and emptied her pitcher into the trough, and ran again to the well and drew-drew for all his camels.


He said to me, ‘YHWH, before whom I walk, will send ʜɪꜱ angel with you, and prosper your way. You are to take a wife for my son from my relatives, and of my father’s house.


He came near, and kissed him. He smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him, and said, “Ah, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which YHWH has blessed.


Make me savory food, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat, and that my soul may bless you before I die.”


Jacob vowed a vow, saying, “If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and clothing to put on,


then this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, will be God’s house. Of all that you will give me I will give-give a tenth to you.”


May God Almighty bless you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, that you may be a company of peoples,


Let’s arise and go up to Bethel. I will make there an altar to God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me on the way which I went.”


the angel who has redeemed me from all evil, bless these boys, and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac. Let them grow into a multitude upon the earth.”


“Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine by a spring. His branches run over the wall.


But his bow remained strong. The arms of his hands were made strong, by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, (from there is the shepherd, the stone of Israel),


All these are the twelve tribes of Israel, and this is what their father said to them when blessed them. He blessed everyone with a blessing appropriate to him.


This is the history of the generations of Noah: Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time. Noah walked with God.


Solomon said, “You have shown to your servant David my father great lovingkindness, because he walked before you in truth, in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with you. You have kept for him this great lovingkindness, that you have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is today.


The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel (for he was the firstborn, but because he defiled his father’s couch, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph the son of Israel; and the genealogy is not to be listed according to the birthright.


I have set YHWH continually before me. Because ʜᴇ is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.


YHWH is my shepherd, I will lack nothing.


Trust in YHWH and do good. Dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.


You are to go and gather the elders of Israel together, and tell them, ‘YHWH, the God of y’all’s ancestors, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, “I have watched-watched y’all and have seen what has been done to y’all in Egypt.


“This is so that they may believe that YHWH, the God of their ancestors, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.”


The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether they eats little or much. But the abundance of the rich will not allow them to sleep.


Look, here is what I have seen to be good and proper is for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy good in all their labor under the sun, all the days of their life which God has given them; for this is one’s portion.


All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.


When y’all turn to the right hand or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way. Y’all are to walk in it.”


he will dwell on high. His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks. His bread will be supplied. His waters will be sure.


They will spread them before the sun, the moon, and all the army of the sky, which they have loved, which they have served, after which they have walked, which they have sought, and which they have worshiped. They will not be gathered or be buried. They will be like dung on the surface of the earth.


They were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commands and decrees of the Lord.


So whether y’all eat or drink, or whatever y’all do, y’all do all to the glory of God.


Now this is our boast: the testimony of our conscience is that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward y’all, with godly integrity and sincerity, not by fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God.


This is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.


Therefore as y’all received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him,


imploring y’all to walk in a manner worthy of God, who calls y’all into ʜɪꜱ own empire and glory.


By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff.
