and said, “Oh, my lord, we came-came here the first time to buy food.


Judah spoke to him, saying, “The man warned-warned us, saying, ‘Y’all will not see my face, unless y’all’s brother is with y’all.’


If you will send our brother with us, we’ll go down and buy you food;


Our father said, ‘Y’all go again and buy us a little food.’


Better is little, with the fear of YHWH, than great treasure with trouble.


Pride goes before destruction, and an arrogant spirit before a fall.


She considers a field and buys it. With the fruit of her hands, she plants a vineyard.


But anyone who doesn’t provide for their own, especially their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
