A is praised according to their wisdom, but the one with a warped mind will be despised.


Your dead will live. Their corpses will arise. Y’all are to awake and sing, those who dwell in the dust; for your dew is like the dew of the morning, and the earth will give birth to the departed spirits.


“They will go out, and look at the dead bodies of those who have transgressed against me, for their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all humankind.”


But YHWH is with me as an awesome mighty one. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and they won’t prevail. They will be utterly disappointed because they have not dealt wisely, even with an everlasting dishonor which will never be forgotten.


Therefore you are to prophesy and tell them, ‘Lord YHWH says: “I am going to open your* graves and cause y’all to come up out of your* graves, my people. Then I will lead y’all into the land of Israel.


I will ransom them from the power of Sheol. I will redeem them from death! Death, where are your plagues? Sheol, where is your destruction? “Compassion will be hidden from my eyes.


They will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”


I have hope in God, which these men also accept, that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.


Then he fell to his knees and cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, don’t hold this sin against them!” When he had said this, he fell asleep.

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, we also believe that, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.
