Then he said to them, “Y’all are to go and eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to those who have nothing prepared, for today is holy to our Lord. Y’all must not grieve, for the joy of YHWH is y’all’s strength.”


Teach me your way, YHWH. I will walk in your truth. Make my heart undivided to fear your name.


Go your way—eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart; for God has already accepted your works.


“The eye is the lamp of the body. If therefore your eye is singular, your whole body will be full of light.


But as for what is inside, y’all should give to those in need, and then everything will be clean to y’all.


When he had reclined at the table with them, he took the bread, blessed and broke it, and began giving it to them.


and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God.


He brought them into his house and set a meal before them, and rejoiced greatly with all his household, having believed in God.


They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer.


On the first day of the week we gathered together to break bread. Paul began speaking to them, and because he was about to depart on the next day, he continued his message until midnight.


Peter and John were going up to the temple for the time of prayer at three in the afternoon.


Hearing this, they entered the temple at daybreak and began teaching. Now when the high priest and those who were with him arrived, they called together the Sanhedrin—the entire high council of the sons of Israel—and they sent orders to the prison to have them brought.


Every day, in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ.


if an exhorter, then exhort; if a giver, then generously; if a leader, then with diligence; if a mercy giver, then with cheerfulness.


Is not the cup of blessing which we bless a sharing of the blood of Christ? Is not the bread which we break a sharing of the body of Christ?


Now this is our boast: the testimony of our conscience is that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward y’all, with godly integrity and sincerity, not by fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God.


But I fear that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, so y’all’s minds might be corrupted from sincere and pure devotion to Christ.


Slaves, y’all are to be obedient to those who according to the flesh are masters, with respect and fear, in sincerity of your* heart as to Christ,


Y’all will rejoice before YHWH y’all’s God—y’all, and y’all’s sons, y’all’s daughters, y’all’s male servants, y’all’s female servants, and the Levite who is within y’all’s gates, because he has no portion nor inheritance with y’all.


There y’all will eat before YHWH y’all’s God, and y’all will rejoice in all that y’all put your* hand to, y’all and y’all’s households, in which YHWH your God has blessed y’all.


Rejoice before YHWH your God: you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, the Levite who is within your gates, the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow who are among you, in the place where YHWH your God chooses to cause ʜɪꜱ name to dwell.


Slaves, obey y’all’s earthly masters in everything, not just when they are looking, as people pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.
