For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and streams on the dry ground. I will pour my Spirit on your descendants, and my blessing on your offspring;


All your children will be taught by YHWH, and your children’s peace will be great.


I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near,” says YHWH; “and I will heal them.”


So they will fear the name of YHWH from the west, and ʜɪꜱ glory from the rising of the sun; for ʜᴇ will come as a rushing stream, which the Spirit of YHWH drives.


“A Redeemer will come to Zion, and to those who turn from disobedience in Jacob,” says YHWH.


They will not labor in vain nor give birth for calamity; for they are the offspring of YHWH’s blessed and their descendants with them.


They will dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, where y’all’s ancestors lived. They will dwell therein, they, and their children, and their children’s children, forever. David my servant will be their prince forever.


“It will happen afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; and y’all’s sons and daughters will prophesy. Y’all’s old men will dream dreams. Y’all’s young men will see visions.


Then everyone who calls on the name of YHWH will be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as YHWH has said, and among the remnant, those whom YHWH calls.


The circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the ethnic groups too.


When they arrived and had gathered the church together, they reported all the things that God had done with them, and how ʜᴇ had opened a door of faith to the ethnic groups.


Simeon has explained how God first visited the ethnic groups to select from them a people for ʜɪꜱ name.


So the church sent them on their way, and as they passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, they told the stories of how the conversion of ethnic groups, bringing great joy to all the siblings.


The heart-knower God validated them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just like ʜᴇ did to us.


since God’s gifts and calling are irrevocable.

having the eyes of your* hearts enlightened, that y’all may know the hope of ʜɪꜱ calling and the riches of the glory of ʜɪꜱ inheritance in the saints,


remember that at that time y’all were separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of the promise, having no hope and without God in the world.


There is one body and one Spirit, even as y’all also were called in one hope of your* calling,


but with those who stand here with us today before YHWH our God, and also with those who are not here with us today.


To this end, we pray for y’all constantly that our God would make y’all worthy of your* calling, and by ʜɪꜱ power fulfill your every desire for goodness and the work of faith,


who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not through our works, but through ʜɪꜱ own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before times eternal,


Therefore, holy siblings, partakers of a heavenly calling, y’all must fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we confess as our Apostle and High Priest.


For through this, he is the mediator of a new covenant—since a death has occurred for the ransom of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.


But after y’all have suffered a little while, may the God of all grace, who called y’all to his eternal glory in Christ, restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish y’all.


Therefore, siblings, y’all must make every effort to confirm your* calling and election. For if you* do these things, y’all will never stumble.


Hɪꜱ divine power has granted to us everything for life and godliness, through the knowledge of ʜɪᴍ who called us by ʜɪꜱ own glory and virtue.


These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with him are called, chosen, and faithful.”


He said to me, “You are to write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding banquet of the Lamb.’” He said to me, “These are true words of God.”
